In this video, Hunter Grindle of Hybrid Fitness goes over some back pain relief exercises. 1 exercise you can do to help prevent back pain by keeping the fluid that fill the disks in your spine. This creates a cushion for your back, and if that fluid runs out, you can experience pain.
Hunter then explains an exercise you can do at home or work every 20-30 minutes that will relieve your back of some of that excess pain you get from sitting.
