Only 10-20 minutes from Rockport, Camden, Rockland, Union, Hope, and Waldoboro, Hybrid Fitness is in a good location for almost anyone who doesn’t want to travel a long ways to get a good workout in. We are truly a Mid-Coast Gym.

We have cardio equipment (treadmills, row machines, bikes), Squat Racks, Barbells, Dumbbells, Bumper Plates, Kettlebells, and more!

We specialize in Women’s Group Classes, but we also do personal training and semi-private training sessions.
