Top 2 Kettlebell Warm up Exercises for the Upper Body
To warm up the upper body, I really like the following two movements:
1. KB Slingshots
2. KB Halos
Do each exercise 10 repetitions per side, and you’ll feel that upper body warm and ready to go! Feel free to add others though!
